Who this suits
A contoured shape is a different sleeping surface, and not everyone gets on with it. Some people take to it quickly, others never do. We’d rather say that up front than pretend one shape works for everyone. If you already sleep well on the pillow you own, there’s little reason to change it. Read the return window before you order, not after. With pillows it is the part people skip and later wish they hadn’t. A shape you dislike at first is not always a shape you dislike later, and the return window is what buys you the room to find out.

You do not have to be right on the first night. The return window is administered by the seller and runs sixty days from purchase.

What the order form actually asks you
The order form lists the pillow in two shapes: a single unit, and a bundle the form itself calls 3+1. Nothing else changes between them. Same pillow, same cover, same return window. What changes is how many arrive in the box, and that is the only decision the checkout asks you to make.
The return window is sixty days, and it is ClickBank’s, not the seller’s. That matters more than it sounds. ClickBank processes the payment, so the refund request goes to the platform rather than to a support address that may or may not answer. It is the same window whether you buy one pillow or four.
Shipping is charged separately from the pillow price and is shown on the order form before you enter anything. There is no subscription and no rebill: the form charges once, for what is in the cart, and that is the end of it.

What if the shape does not suit me?
There is a sixty-day return window, run by the seller and not by us. Contact the seller’s service team inside that window. The eligibility rules, the return address and who pays return shipping are on the seller’s own policy page.
What is in it and what is on it?
A high-density memory foam core moulded into the contour, under a knitted outer cover. The core is what holds the three heights. The cover is the surface you actually touch.
One pillow or a bundle?
A bed usually needs two, and a pillow in the wash needs something to replace it while it dries. That is the whole case for a bundle. Whether the price per pillow drops with the bundle size is on the checkout page, and that page is the one that counts.
