These terms cover your use of marlowewellness.com. They are short because this site does one thing: it publishes reviews.
1. Acceptance
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is, and what it is not
Marlowe Wellness is an editorial site funded by affiliate commission. We do not sell any product reviewed here. We are not the author, publisher, manufacturer or retailer of those products, we have no control over their content, their price, their availability or their delivery, and we make no representation on the seller's behalf.
When you follow a link from this site and buy something, that transaction is between you, the seller and the retailer. We are not a party to it.
3. Educational content only
Everything published here is for general educational and informational purposes. It is not medical, nutritional, psychological or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional who knows your situation. The person who writes these reviews is an editor and researcher, not a doctor, dietitian or therapist. The full statement is on our disclaimer page, and it forms part of these terms.
4. Affiliate compensation
Links to products on this site are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we earn a commission from the retailer at no additional cost to you. That is how the site is funded. It does not change the price you pay, and nobody pays us for placement or for a positive review. How we review explains what that means in practice.
5. No guarantee of outcome
Nothing on this site promises a result. Products we review are used by people with different bodies, histories, routines and circumstances, and outcomes differ accordingly. Any figure, price, feature or claim we report is what the seller stated at the time we checked it, and sellers change these without telling us. Verify current details on the seller's own page before you buy.
6. Accuracy
We check what we publish and we correct what we get wrong. Even so, the content is provided as it stands, without warranty of any kind, and it can go out of date. If you find an error, write to contact@marlowewellness.com and we will look at it.
7. Intellectual property
The text, layout, graphics and original images on this site belong to Marlowe Wellness. You may quote a short passage with a link back to the page. You may not republish a review in full without written permission. Product names, cover art, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification only.

This site links to pages we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, their availability or their practices, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the destination site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marlowe Wellness is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, from any decision you make based on what you read here, or from any product you purchase through a link on this site.
