Three things you should know before you take anything on this site as advice: what our content is, what it cannot promise, and how we are paid.

1. Not medical or professional advice

Marlowe Wellness publishes general educational and informational content about health, wellness and everyday habits. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it is not medical, nutritional, psychological or psychiatric advice.

The person who writes these reviews is an editor and researcher. He is not a physician, not a registered dietitian and not a licensed mental health professional, and he does not claim any clinical credential. Nothing here is written with knowledge of your medical history.

Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before you change your diet, your exercise routine, your medication or your treatment, and especially if you are pregnant, are managing a medical condition, or are taking prescribed medication. Never delay or disregard professional advice because of something you read on this site.

2. No promise of results

We do not promise weight loss, an amount of weight loss, a timeframe, or any other health outcome. Outcomes depend on factors no article can control: individual physiology, medical history, medication, sleep, stress, environment, consistency, and the professional support a person has around them. Two people using the same material can have entirely different experiences.

We do not publish before-and-after images and we do not present anyone's personal story as a typical or expected result.

3. Affiliate disclosure

This site contains affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, Marlowe Wellness receives a commission from the retailer, at no additional cost to you. That commission is how the site pays for itself.

We are not the seller. We do not set the price, hold the product, process the payment or handle delivery. No seller pays us to be reviewed, to be reviewed favourably, or to be placed above another, and a commission does not buy a recommendation, how we review sets out what does.

4. Claims made by sellers

When we describe what a product includes, what it costs, or what its publisher guarantees, we are reporting what the seller states on their own page at the time we checked it. Those are the seller's claims and the seller's responsibility, and we present them as such rather than adopting them as our own. Sellers change prices, bonuses and terms without notice, so confirm the current details on the seller's page before you buy.

5. Purchases, downloads and refunds

Every purchase made through a link on this site is completed by the retailer, not by us. Refunds, receipts, downloads and customer support are handled by them. We explain exactly where to go.

6. Accuracy and corrections

We check what we publish, and we fix what we get wrong. If something on this site is inaccurate or out of date, write to contact@marlowewellness.com and tell us what and where. Corrections are made on the page itself.
